Creating concrete blockouts in Navisworks and exporting as survey points?

Is there a way to create concrete blockout locations in Navisworks and export them as survey points? Or do I need to do this in Revit?  As I don't have Revit this is why I am looking for a work around.  I do have access to AutoCAD LT.

Out of the box, No, but you could try with Point Layout - https://www.autodesk.com/products/point-layout/free-trial
