Comparing Architect-model and Construction-model

Im curently working in several hospital projects and we have a need of controlling that the Architect- and Construction-models are in synk with eachother. In other words, we need to control that construction holes doesn't diff from Architect model.

We have been lookin at Solibri and funktions in Solibri to execute this Control but we feel that we can't trust the result. Does Autodesk have any recomendations on how to run a clash like this?

I believe that Solibri is going to be your best option because it is a rule based model checker. iConstruct for Navisworks can do a model comparison, but don't think it would be able to help with the condition you are describing at least I have never tried it. Assemble Systems can compare models, but that only works on the same model, so versions of the same model.

Hi Christian,

Here at BIM One, we are using BIM Track to manage the different teams. Each team is assigned with a different type (Architects, BIM Team, etc..) so we are able to have a control on the interaction between these teams. Additionally, everyone is working on the same platform and set of data which is cloud-based. In fact, each team can see what the other has been done (modification, issue, clash).

Hope this help!
