Clash Status Synchronization

Hello,
I'm currently preparing a collision test for one of our projects. I've encountered a problem that I can't solve on my own. I've already searched through several forums and Google, but I haven't been able to find a satisfactory answer.
As for the collision tests themselves, I have no issues. I prepare the rules, select the models, set the configurations, and run the test. The problem I'm facing is that I don't understand how to proceed from there. Specifically, I'm having trouble establishing a workflow among the stakeholders who will receive the test results. I envisioned myself preparing the collision tests and then sending the results to all the stakeholders. However, I don't understand how to establish feedback regarding the status of collisions after the review process. In other words, I would like to receive feedback on each collision after, for example, the engineer reviews their collisions.
Currently, the process works as follows: I prepare the collision tests in the ".nwf" file format. I package everything in the ".nwd" format and send it to the engineer. They open the model and review the individual collisions, updating the collision status as necessary. For example, if a collision is resolved, they mark it as "Resolved," and if it's approved, they mark it as "Approved." After reviewing all the collisions, the engineer saves the file and sends it back to me with the updates. At this point, I manually review their file and transfer the marked results back into my ".nwf" file. We are currently performing all these steps manually. Through this process, I've realized that the engineer doesn't actually need to mark the collisions they resolved as "Resolved" because Navisworks automatically marks resolved collisions as "Resolved" when I re-run the collisions on an updated model. So essentially, I only need data for the collisions that are "Approved." Regardless, the principle I would like to achieve is the ability to transfer collision statuses from one file to another. I imagine this as something that could be exported and imported between the two files, eliminating the need for manual work.
I also tried using the "Import Clash Tests" and "Export Clash Test" functions, but these two functions never import the test results and their statuses. So initially, I thought that the engineer could simply modify the collision statuses, then use the "Export Clash Test" function to export an XML file. I would then import it and obtain the updated collision statuses and their comments, for example. However, I noticed that this only transfers "Search Sets" and "Saved Viewpoints."
If it's not possible to share or export data such as collision status, assigned personnel, who approved it, etc., I don't quite understand how and when such data would be helpful. It seems like it's mostly for my own coordination and convenience. I could achieve the same thing using a regular Excel spreadsheet; the only difference is that I already have it within the program. I imagined that the process would be more interactive among the various stakeholders involved.
I've come across several cloud-based "add-on" programs that create a shared data environment where collision status information is stored. I'm curious if it's possible to achieve something similar without any special add-ons. Does Navisworks inherently provide this functionality? Or is my understanding of how the process should work incorrect?
It seems to me that such a program should provide this functionality without requiring additional payments. Alternatively, as I mentioned, my understanding of how the workflow should function might be incomplete.
Thank you for all your responses.
Best regards.
