Is there a setting to get circles/Arc's to display as circles/Arc's?

You need to increase the Faceting Factor(at the very end of the help it says). Try increasing the value to 5-10 when exporting the file to Navisworks.

I'm not exporting the file. I'm directly loading the .dwg file into Navis. I'm assuming there is a setting in Navis that will smooth the circular objects.

Many of the files have their own faceting factor.
