Change the User for "Approved By"

Hello everyone,

I am using NavisWorks 2025 and need assistance with the "Approved By" feature. Please see the image below:

Question: How can I change the name of the user assigned to "Approved By"? Can I add other users to the "Approved By" field?

If the status is changed to Approved, Clash Detective takes the user currently logged on as the person who approved it.

So you can have someone else's name as the approver but only if they log in to Navisworks and they approve it.

I am not aware of anyway to add other names to the Approved because of the above.
