Can not see my revit file in navis when I have it append

can't see my Revit file after appending it to the navis file from the consultant. 

The original file came from another drafter and may have its own set of problems. 

What should be done first?

Here are some things I’d try first:

• Zoom out in Navisworks. The Revit file may well be there, but way out in space. (This may be an issue with coordinates)
• Try bringing your Revit file into a NEW Navisworks file, not the consultants file.  See if it shows up there.
• Check the coordinates.

• Maybe include an image/screeshot of what your Revit model looks like.
• And an image of what the Navisworks file looks like.
• What versions of Revit and Navisworks are you using?
