[bug] Navisworks Manage 2026 - Status won't move to Approved. Clash just moves down 3 spots in the list.

This happens intermittently but regularly. I will try to set the status of a clash from active to approved in the clash detective and instead of doing that it just moves the clash down three spots in the list.

You can see here clash 245 has moved below 248. I can then set the clashes to approved as normal. I can probably set about 10+ more clashes before it happens again. Not broken but very annoying. Anyone noticed this? Any fix?

I did just see there is a Navisworks Manage 2026.1 Update. I will try that.

Thanks for posting this. We have not heard this from any other customers or during the BETA. If you can reproduce this consistently I would be keen to know so we can fix it ASAP.

As you say, 2026.1 was released this week but there wasn't anything intentionally in there to fix this.

Can I ask if you are using this with the Navisworks Issues Addin? Are there Issues connected to the clashes?

Issues Addin was not being used when I was encountering this problem.
