Approved/Reviewed clash status are resetting to zero after NWC refresh and update all command.

I have some clashes with approved and reviewed status along with comments in NWF file. Now when i try to refresh latest nwc files and do update all for the clash test . 
The clash status of approved and reviewed are resetting to zero. 
Does anyone have any solution on this ?

I am facing the same issue, Our NWF File as well as NWCs are on the ACC and we are using the desktop connector to open it. then save as NWD.

Is there a way to keep the approved and reviewed clashes while refreshing NWCs.
