Hi bbrown

It's work !

Thank you very march

Q2, If i want all user test this funtion in my web site(xp,vista,win7 & 32bit,64bit)

How can i do?

Already copy my C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2012\api\COM folder to my website

http://192.168.1.120/COM64

at now , use IE 64 can see it

But in 32bit OS, still have problem, even i create another COM folder for 32bit (copy x86 COM folder to http://192.168.1.120/COM86)

Autodesk_Navisworks_Manage_2012_Multilingual_Win_32bit\x86\NAVMAN\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2012\api\COM

Do you have any solution ?

The COM folder doesn't make the difference. For it to work, a user has to match the Navisworks ActiveX Redistributable Setup.exe executable to their system, so a 32bit OS must install the 32bit executable and open the website in a 32bit browser (which is their only choice really), and a user with 64bit OS must install the 64bit executable and open the website in a 64bit browser (IE 64bit). Your problem is most likely that you don't have a 32bit executable file since you copied it from your 64bit OS. It's confusing, but there are two different versions of that executable both labeled the same. You know which one you have based on the OS that Navisworks was installed on.

I had to install Navisworks Manage in trial mode on a 32bit OS to get a copy of the 32bit executable for my testing purposes. Hope that helps.

Use VirtualBox make an XP 32bit OS for test

Install navisworks manage 2012 32 bit and run with trial mode

When open ACTX_01,It's show install activex..

down&installed , still can't see the model....

so i re-post the question...

Other then making sure you've got an up to date version of IE and are allowing ActiveX to run, I don't know why that wouldn't be working.

IE plug-in default install to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files

In my case

WIN 7 64bit can see Navisworks ActiveX Redistributable Setup.exe in this directory

But XP 32 bit only have Shockwave Flash Object (Even manual install Navisworks ActiveX Redistributable Setup.exe 32bit)

and on XP 32 bit , I can't copy/paste file to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files directory

I will find more about IE plug-in infomation...

Thanks for your help
