Navisworks View Control Issue

I have an issue with the Navisworks View Control that I can't figure out. Wanting to know if anyone has seen this issue and solved it to help me come to a resolution in my application.

It looks like if I resize the control out of a certain aspect ratio, it will make the model render static. However, resize it again and you can get it to render normal (See the provided screenshots for details. I'm using one of the example apps provided in the SDK.)

Just to make sure that this issue isn't related specifically to the view control, I opened it up in Manage 2016 and it was doing the same thing. I opened up several models and saw that all the models were rendering in a similar way.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

Since this can be reproduced by product, can I know this is related with specific model or any model? If yes, could you provide a small demo model?
In addition, is it related to the specific machine? I'd hope to get more information that might be helpful to the diagnosis.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I verified that I can recreate this issue with any model I use, like the one attached. This is one of the models that comes pre-installed. I also attached screenshots of this model with and without the glitch showing.

EDIT:

I verified on 2 additional machines and the glitch exists on both.

Hi,

Thanks for the files. you seemed to miss the *.nwd file. the *.nwf does not contain geometries. Could you send the *.nwd as well?

I didn't realize that... I just zipped up the entire Bathcity file and I'm sending that. That way you can see exactly what I'm seeing.

Because the file size was 16 megs, it wouldn't upload here. I'm attaching this link to my dropbox. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13332759/bathcity.zip

just an update:

This question turned out to be an issue of product. I have escalated to product support. The suggestion is to check graphics card.
