Submit the error report.

After submitting the error report, please send me the CER report id/number.

Hi @naveen.kumar.t ,

I am getting the same issue. I attached the screenshot alongside with the error report (.xml only, .dmp folder can't be attached below). I have contacted support under Case no.: 22316283. Really appreciate help as I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting navisworks from the autodesk folder and registry editor. The issue keeps persisting.

I am unable to locate the Error Report ID. Am I overlooking something here?

You will find the Error Report ID once you click the 'Send Report' button located at the bottom of the error report.

The Error Report ID will assist me in analyzing the issue on our end.

When I click send report I get a connection time out, and it mentions, your report was not sent. Screenshot below (image 3). I can send the error report .dmp file, but it cannot be attached below. Is there other means I can send it?

I can't provide too much information.

You opened 2024_Hospital_Architectural.nwd, and it tried to load a Quantification database, but that failed.

I have no idea what might have caused this.
