I am trying to find a way to list any SelectionSet not used in any clash test. I am able to extract a Selectionsource as a list but It doesn't any information that can be compared with the searchset collection like GUID. is there a way to achieve this ?

The selectionset referenced in the clash selection is only exposed via its path\name, not a guid, so your option would be to use that path name to match it to a selection set by comparing against folderitem displaynames then finally the selectionset display names
