calling ExecuteAddInPlugin("Pluginname") gives error calling method -2147417851

I've created a Navisworks plugin and i'm calling that plugin using "ExecuteAddInPlugin" API. Sometimes It gives "error calling method -2147417851"  and sometimes it works most of the time without changing any code.
