Plugin to run Python Scripts in Navisworks

Are there any plugins available for running Python scripts in Navisworks? We attempted to install the NavisPythonShell plugin from GitHub; however, our IT department flagged security issues with the installation file.

Could anyone advise on alternative solutions or plugins allowing us to execute Python scripts within Navisworks? Any recommendations that align with our IT security requirements would be greatly appreciated.
