Navisworks 2014 Integration with Maximo 7.5

We are putting together a prototype/demonstration of how we can integrate BIMS data into Maximo and are trying to figure out if it's possible to integrate the NavisWorks Freedom viewer as a plugin.  Our system is on a Government network so we aren't able to use Autodesk Cloud due to security and connectivity issues so the Forge viewer is not an option.  Also, the BIMS extension version for Maximo (Version 1.2.1) supposedly supports the Navisworks Freedom 2014 Viewer, but we are having difficulty finding any information to assist us in getting this installed and set up.  And of course, being on a tight budget, we have to try and take advantage of free viewer software for the prototype/demo.  Our construction folks are using Revit, and we are adding in the Cobie toolkit to attribute the export data, but we are stuck on the viewer piece.  If anyone knows of or has a 'Dummies' guide for getting this done, the information would be greatly appreciated.

Robert Cockrill
