Where I can find easy tutorials to start programming for Navisworks?

I don't know what your background is or what your frame of reference may be regarding easy, but the closest thing I've seen to someone attempting to make things easy in the Navis API world is this site:

That blog has been around long enough that it really needs a new navigation system. So, make sure you search for the word navisworks to condense the topics. Again I don't know your frame of reference, but if it isn't at least intermediate programmer, then you should probably look at some of his visual studio plugins.

Other than that, the API help document also contains some basic articles on addin. API is provided with SDK package:
