Can use navisworks simulate version creating plugin?

I want to kown different b/w nevisworks simulate and manage for create the plugin. please explaine me as soon as possible:)

Hi,
You can create plugins for both Simulate and Manage but not for Freedom
The difference between Manage and Simulate is that Manage have support for clash detection which Simulate have not. Navisworks Manage is more expensive than Simulate.
Normally you would create plugins for Simulate if your users uses Simulate and for manage if the users uses manage - or perhaps you would want to create 2 plugins one for manage and one for simulate if you are planning on selling a plugin. Also note that plugins are specific to the version of Navisworks. For example an Navisworks Simulate 2019 plugin can not be used with Navisworks Simulate 2016.
