Trial Postpone

Hi, I recently signed up for the free trial and am not able to see all of my user interface due to my 4k tv being used as a monitor. Please postpone my free trial until this issue is resolved.

I'm afraid there is not a process for postponing the trial. Please cancel your subscription to ensure your credit card is not charged. If it's possible, we'll reset trial eligibility when a new version is available for trial, so you can try again.
