I have been unable to export blendshapes to Maya LT. I have spent the last day troubleshooting this problem but haven't found any good solutions. One method is to create meshes as different blendshapes, but I lose the ability to blend between shapes.
Are you exporting as FBX? If so try OBJ. Can you also attach your mudbox file here so I can test it on my machine?
