Hi everyone,
I am currently a student using the education suite for my degree. I was working on my final project today in Mudbox 2025 and went to move the window from my Laptop to my Huion screen to begin working on it again. (Something I have done everytime I've opened it before now.)As soon as I moved it over and expanded the window, my movement keys stopped functioning, I can't pan or zoom, I can alt + left click to tumble my own POV...but that is it. I cannot get close to my model or move around it. I have tried resetting the cameras, resetting the program, resetting the computer. I even tried chatting with the Autodesk help, and I originally got through to a person, but after the very first thing they had me do, did not work...they closed our chat and booted me. I tried to get back and was informed that 'Technical Support is not offered for the Educational version"...HUH?! Super concerned that I won't find out how to fix this before I've run out of time and I cannot provide a screenshot of the camera not working, because well...it's a movement thing, I can't move in, out, left, right, or around the workspace. It doesn't matter now what screen the program is open in, it doesn't work. Please help. I am too new to the program to mess with settings in general, (I actually had to be walked through by the support person to find the Perspective camera in the Object List) I have a milestone assignment due by Sunday and am now really nervous I won't be able to get it done without uninstalling everything and potentially losing files in the process. I appreciate anyone taking the time to read and consider this problem with me, thank you.

You may have already done this, based on your description… Have you tried closing Mudbox, deleting your Mudbox preferences and reopening Mudbox to automatically create a default set of preferences? To delete your preferences you simply delete the settings folder in the following directory (depending on your operating system):
Windows
<drive>:\My Documents\Mudbox\<version>\settings
MacOS
/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Mudbox/<version>/settings
Linux
/home/<username>/Mudbox/<version>/settings
