Please provide new & improved support details

The announcement mentions a benefit to subscribers thus: "Enjoy faster response times and the option to receive help by scheduling a call with Autodesk technical support specialists."

 

Can you please detail how this will work? Exactly what will you be providing in the way of support that is not already provided to maintenance customers?

Beginning May 2017, all subscribers will have the option of scheduling a call with an Autodesk technical support specialist to discuss and work through issues quickly.

I can't say that strikes me as a particularly compelling incentive to discard a perpetual license and pay a lot more money for the privilege.
