Will not let me import audio files

Everytime I attempt to import an audio file i get an Audio Load Error message that says "Quicktime runtime library is required but not installed." Which I am not understanding because I have installed quicktime on my computer and everything for it.

I searched eveywhere i could for answers but couldn't find anything on this issue at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Didn't think to restart my computer after installing quicktime (dumb mistake) and that fixed it.

 I had today the same problem. My solution is very stupid but motion builder is like this... I have my audio files in a folder inside an other folder in other folder..... in desktop, and all type files (mp3, wav) give "error to loading". When I put the files in desktop there aren`t issue. The problem is adress of the files, if is very long it will give us problems.

This is my experience, I hope this is useful for others
