motionbuilder can't play animation when switch to other window

When switching from MotionBuilder 2024 to other software, the animation cannot be played, but the frame number continues to advance. Is this normal or not? If it is not normal, are there any solutions to this issue? Thank you for your help.

This can be fixed by enabling "Always Refresh Viewer" in Profiling Center
