Motion Builder not responding when i open it

Hello Whenever I open up motion builder to start on my animations the startup screen pops up but then my screen freezes and it will say not responding on the page and then exit out of motionbuilder. I've asked many of my collegues why this is happening and what I should do and they said to uninstall and then reinstall the software. I did this a few times and it is still doing the same thing. Dos anyone have any idea what the problem may be? Please help?

I have a similar issue to this.
I am doing a silent install, after the silent install it won't launch because I have network redirect in place.
Is there a registry key that I can set to allow a local configuration to be set?

I'm having a similar issue where any network accounts that sign in this error pops up but when I sign in as a local account it works fine.

I had the same problem today. It's hard to believe, but setting the monitor that uses the integrated graphics card as the main monitor helped ( intel).

Hello, I had the same issue, just try to open on your primary monitor. Just create a mobu shortcut icon on your primary monitor and open it. This is the weirdest bug I've ever seen
