Importing Blendshapes from Maya

I created basic facial blendshapes to be able to lip-sync on Motionbuilder. However, the blendshapes I created are not being imported from Maya to Motionbuilder where I already have a rigged character. They are both 2019 versions. When making the blendshapes, I made sure that the 'In-between' box was unchecked.

So, how can I fix this? How can I make it so my blendshapes get imported to Motionbuilder to help me lipsync? Is there an easier way to lipsync that does not require Maya?

On Maya fbx export panel, did you check "Blend Shapes" under "Deformed Models" sub menu?

For the face rig in motion Builder you can use "Character face" or create a custom face rig or a mix of both.

If you have made a specific rig-set for your face in Maya, obviously it will not work on Motion Builder as nodal constraints and driven keys are differentes and you will have to recreate this set up using Motion builder own constraints set.
