Dear All, 

I need the suggestion/ recommendation, about this warning, 

This case normal injection is running completed, as per schedule.

 

But sequential  condition injection I face this issue, and analysis is keep on running condition and not completed after 4 or 5 days later also. 
** WARNING 302105 ** Flow solution failed to converge within the allowed iterations.
need a Solve the running time issue, kindly support me.

Hi @kasi2301 

Observation:
1) Part volume (186cm3) is very less compared to hot runner volume (2565cm3). this is not the best practice. consult your hot runner supplier.
2) Injection time specified : 4.5s
Hope hot runner itself not filled within 5.14sec or just reaching the hot gate
3)Pressure also very high @ 25% of filling stage : 102MPa

Suggestion:
1)Optimize hot runner design - hope this will solve the issue
2)Try faster filling

Hi @kasi2301 

may i know the results of faster filling and optimized hot runner design

 

also you can try to increase the tolerance, this may reduce results accuracy

@kasi2301 : Error might be due to valve gate control using flow front. instead try for valve gate control using specified time.
