Hello Satish,
you can use venting location placed to area with connected vaccum.
When you set negative pressure value, that should simulate under pressure (-0.1 MPa is theoretical vacuum, real is about 0.08, that should also display your vacuum device) - see picture.
You can compare simulation results with negative and positive pressure on venting locations, here is also Vent region pressure result to compare.
