February 7th 21st 2020 around 10AM US Pacific time, we will be switching out a component in our cloud infrastructure. As a result we expect our cloud solution to be down for 3-4 hours during the switch over.
Analyses that are running at the time of the switch over will terminate and will not be re-started. We realize this is going to be disruptive, but we are trying to minimize the disruptive.
