Dear Moldflow users,
I’m happy to let you know that Moldflow 2026.0.1 is available for download.
Before we get into what’s new
A few important things.
- This 2026.0.1 installs on top of Moldflow 2026 FCS. In other words it will not be installed next to the FCS release.
- Once the update is installed you may have to re-select the license the you use, using the Moldflow License configuration tool (mlc.exe) in your installation directory.
- We do not expect result changes, with one small exception; slight differences in results compared to previous versions for pressure triggered valve gates in 3D. This should hopefully.
Where to get it?
You can download the updates form two places:
- Manage.autodesk.com in the Product Updates section
- From your Autodesk Access tray app.
What’s New
The highlights of the release are:
- Support for Python based scripting.
- Additional result exports in Scalaris form for use in Digimat
- A new Scorch index result for thermoset processes
- Speed improvements for delete nodes
- Material database and CAD translator updates.
- SCM support for multiple proxy servers
- 55 pre-existing bugs and crashes fixed.
More details can be found in the attached .pdf and the online help.

Final note
On October 14 Autodesk will stop supporting Windows 10. We are following Microsoft in this (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-support-ends-on-october-14-2025-2ca8b313-1946...)
Work on the next release is already in full swing.
