Issue facing with Autodesk Helius while mapping Moldflow(2023) results on Ansys workbench 2022 R2 (22.2) model

I followed the Helius tutorial to prepare and map the model of an injection-molded radiator tank: Help | Tutorial 2 - Analyze an Injection-Molded Radiator Tank | Autodesk

We have been working on a project that involves using Moldflow to simulate the injection molding process and Ansys to analyze the structural behavior of the molded parts.

However, we have encountered a problem when we tried to export the results of Moldflow to Ansys & same I have attached as image.

The exported files are incompatible with Ansys, and we cannot import them successfully. This issue prevents us from completing our analysis and reporting our findings.

Ansys displayed "File not compatible".

Helius displayed "File must be the name of ansys input file .ans, .inp, .dat or .cdb extension".

Helius 2023 will only work with the following versions of Ansys:

Ansys 2021R1 (211), 2021R2 (212), and 2022R1 (221)
