Error Message when exporting Reversed warp model?

Hello,

I am trying to export a reversed warped model of file but the following error message occurs:

"Insufficient correlation of warp results to neighbouring CAD Geometry. This could be due to short shot, or missing CAD geometry."

Short shot is not the issue and the CAD seems fine.

Can anyone help with this error?

Does your CAD geometry still exist in your layer window?  If so, did you move the Moldflow mesh after creating it (i.e. rotate, translate, etc.)?

Thanks for the response. Yes I found my mesh had rotated 90degs.

I'm also facing below error while exporting Warp geometry, I have not rotated part. Still geometry is not exporting. Input CAD file is in form of .iges format. should i used .step file format?

did you turned on the CAD model layer, during exporting warped model

you should have used the same CAD model for meshing and performed the analysis; if you have used third party software for meshing then, you can't be able to export the warped shape in CAD format

​Yes, input should be step​. And yes, I turn on CAD layer when outputting
- don't know if it makes a difference. The problem I had was the program
had difficulty in re-mapping the warped mesh to the CAD model in a few
areas involving radii. I had to mesh the CAD data with the Chord
height/angle adjusted to give finer mesh on all radii, then re-run entire
analysis. It was then OK for outputting the reversed warp shape.
