Difference in Deflection for the same part

Hi,

I have run a Moldflow Analysis for a Stack Molding part and have observed a difference of deflection.

Please refer to the attached image (for the model setup block diagram). Both Part A and Part B are the same as well its feed. Part A and Feed A were reflected to the other side as Part B and Feed B. The center Manifold is exactly in between the Part A & Part B. The length of Feed A and Feed B are the same. The Part A and Part B have the same fill sequence.

The only difference in the Part A & Part B and Feed A & Feed B is that Part B and Feed B has been excluded from the clamp force calculation.

But there is difference in the Deflection observed between each parts. Part A has 0.6 mm - 1.2 mm more deflection than that of Part B. I have tried viewing the results with Best Fit method and Anchor Plane method, but still there is a difference in the deflection.

Can someone explain why there is such a difference between the deflection of the two parts.
