Hi,

this means that cooling channels are releasing heat instead of extracting heat.
This can happen when the coolant temperature is higher than the ambient temperature and the cooling time is relatively long.

Is flow rate high enough to create turbulent flow?

Are cooling channels close to mold block outer surface?

Hope this helps.
