@ersin_degin

Hi,

the runner and gate are 1D elements, a line, with properites, hence no 3rd point for orientation.
How graphically displayed is by design, using global axis as reference.
The solution and results are not affected by the beam orientation.
From pedagogical point of view, it could raise questions, but just needs to be explained I would say.

Have a look at this discussion:
Unable to create the feed system with LCS using beam element

You probably need to adjust node at gate/cavity interface.

Might have been merged during meshing, and node at end of gate beam moved.
But not sure it will resolve the display issue.

Hope this helps somewhat.
Regards,
Berndt

@ersin_degin While merging node first select the gate node then mesh/element node.
