Hi @Anonymous,

The help documents describe how you can launch through either the command line of Linux or via the Simulation Job Manager. I've listed a couple links below. To run through the command line, you would use the "runstudy" command. The help documents describe this, however I have also recorded a demo of using this command as reference (note this was using the Windows version of Insight's command line instead of Linux).
