A broken Surface of the Simulation Result....

HI There

 This is Bowen 

 Could you do me a favor?

 I am doing a simulation on Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Synergy 2014 to and the result is very strange---I get a broken surface of my result!

 this is the result pic of retardation for light coming from -z direction

I am not sure what has happened.

I have tried SW .SLDPRT and stl format imported to the Mold flow but the result is the same.

But it goes well for my team mates with stl format.
