Valve gate opening with Variable speed with 3D mesh

Hi Moldflow team

Valve gate opening with Variable speed is restricted only with DD & mid-plane.

Suggest to extend the same functionality to 3D mesh also. Most of the analysis we work is only with 3D, so we could not able to use this option. (due to sudden opening of valve gate, always end up with high shear rate queries; this helps to answer those queries apart from suggestion for aesthetic issues)
