As I was unsure where to post this inquiry, I’ve decided to submit it here.
Recently, I tried to compare actual molded products with the results from a simulation to see if similar outcomes could be reproduced. However, despite using the same molding conditions, same geometry, and same material, the analysis showed a significantly higher filling pressure.
Could there be any possible factors that might have led to such a discrepancy?
I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
