Remove the limitation of node number for trigger location based on flow front

when ever we are setting specific node number for valve gate trigger  with flow front

If node number is > 999999, we cant set that number. It shows popup that integer is >999999.

When working with bigger parts, number node number may be more than >999999

Even though there is work around like squeezing the node numbers, mold flow must  increase this limit.

I just recently had this problem again. So this would be an important improvement.

OK, I think that's more a bug than anything else. We will try to get this fixed as soon as possible
