Multiple selection of nodes or trias (CTRL) should ask you click out

Sometimes you are holding multiple objects (nodes/elements/etc) with mouse+ctrl button, and by mistake, you click out of objects and lose all objects previously selected.

Moldflow should ask us if we want to keep objects selected or not, if we were holding 10+ or more objects previously.

A good idea.

I second this and agree.

Been there, done that...

Losing a bunch of selections, and restart selection is annoying, and time consuming.

Maybe a limit at already +5 selections?

While I agree that its annoying to loose a big selection list, I think it would be more annoying if it asked me every time I went to clear the selection if I'm sure I want to clear the selection.  How about a better solution?:  In the same drop down where you can select saved selections how about adding an option for selecting "last set selected"?

@rick.schneider I wondered about that too, that's why I suggested 10+ trias selection. But your idea is even better. Great!
