It is time to update interface to work with more recent drivers from 3Dconnexion.

(yes, even if 2017 help text refers to 2016 - not sure it was tested ....)

This seems to been carried over from 20xx...., from 2015, to 2016, to 2017.
Latest drivers are on 10.4.5: http://www.3dconnexion.eu/service/drivers.html
The 3.15.2 cannot be found in 3Dconnexion archive
