Moldflow student Activation serial expired

Hello, I need help about my activation. It says that my serial has already expired, that is why I can't activate my product. What to do with this? Thank you

I see you contacted our AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent) regarding your activation issue (Case #: 12730179). Just wanted to follow up if you were able to activate your student license?
