Regarding modelling of manually trimmed gates, such as disc or diaphragm gate there is limitations in Moldflow Adviser.
There is no such modelling entities available for disc gates.
In Moldflow Insight and Moldflow Synergy (UI) you can work with mesh.
Workaround for Adviser:
I believe you need to model the disc gate together with cavity gear model in CAD, then import to Moldflow Adviser
