How to implement exact machine parameter in Moldflow

Hello 

Can anyone just let me know how can I implement the exact molding machine parameter in Moldflow. As there is difference between the actual Molding process parameter and in Moldflow process setting. for example how can i apply this process in Moldflow.

Hi,
you can set up an actual molding process in Moldflow Insight, which has more details of process setup and result.
Those details are available in Moldflow Adviser

You can set injection profile as on IMM.

Things like melt mixing, screw rotation is not possible to set.

I assumed a good melt is mixed, that is dozed for injection.
