Hotfix DL20397171 for Paralleliz​ed 3D warp now available.

Dear Moldflow users,

This is a quick note to let you know that a hotfix is available for a 3D warp issue. When 3D warp is used, using multiple threads, results in very extreme, in some exceptional cases the warpage results are extreme and unrealistic (several thousand mm deflections). The problem has been described in the blog post here.

The issue has been resolved in hotfix DL20397171and can be downloaded from subscription center or from the support page (here).

The hotfix requires the product to be on Moldflow 2013 Service Pack 2. Please read the 'readme files', as they contain a description of the issue, as well as installation instructions.

There is a separate fix for the Insight products, which can be found here.
