Can we save a warpage results to stp file

I was running through a cad model where warpage deflection is more can we directly save the file to Cad format for running quick structural analysis on Anysys.Is there quick solution to export mold flow file to cad file and simulate in structural intergrity.How often the warpage results are correctly predi

there are options to export warped models in to CAD formats (like IGES / STEP / STL)

using macros, FE model with in built stress can be exported into ANSYS or other structural analysis software's
