Surface topography (not texture map)

Hello guys, I make facial prosthetics for cancer patients who lose anatomic structures. Traditionally, I've done it with wax and the lost-wax technique. But I now want to use digital technology and print out silicone molds. I've dabbled with meshmixer and can do almost everything I want. But I still have not found a way to texturize/change surface topography to represent skin very well in Meshmixer. I currently export into Zbrush to do it but I want to find a way to keep everything within Meshmixer. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You can't in MM.

Blender can, via bump mapping I think.

Send a pm to @paulRUXNZ , he can maybe help.
