Good morning, this morning I filled and then hollowed out an STL file, and I managed to get only the outline of the shape (image 001). Unfortunately, I don’t remember the exact settings I used, and now I can’t achieve the same hollowing of the file with just the outer edges. It detects all the internal shapes (image 002), and printing it this way would result in many resin pools. What settings should I use to hollow it out completely and have only the external part?

All depends on your model and the dimensions you plan on doing for your final print. Please attach,
The STL file is this one.
Let me start by saying that I only used Meshmixer, and I didn’t modify the file size. The first file, the one in photo 001, becomes 200 MB in OBJ format, while all subsequent OBJ exports only reach 15 MB, keeping inside all those shapes that would ruin the print. I’m sure it’s a wrong setting in Meshmixer, but I’ve been trying to export it with different settings all day, and I can’t get what I need.
The model already has an empty middle, but the problem is your model is composed of like 50 enclosed watertight spheres/objects.
I would first try like a 'vase' mode on your slicer.
If that doesn't work, then in MM try Edit>make solid. Will get some resolution loss though. See attached
