Is there a way to cut a curved plane>?

Hi all,

I have an existing file that I need to edit so that I can cut a curved plane on an existing surface. It would be preferable if this can be done at a controlled or adjustable arc to suit specific design requirements. any advice would be appreciated!

Many thanks !

The only way to get a non planar "cut" in MM is to use face group boundaries and EDIT/GenerateComplex. Add a filling surface in GenerateComplex and Split the complex result.
