Import and combine 2D images

If I wanted to import a series of 2D outlines into mesh mixer and have each one represent a layer of my 3D object what is easiest way to do that?

Sorry, Meshmixer deals with mesh representations of surfaces only.

There's no way to add non-mesh stuff (as polylines or curves).

As long as polylines or curves are closed loops you might build surfaces in some CAD application, convert them to  meshes and import these meshes in MM.
